If you plan on leaving gratuites for staff, this may be done at time of departure to the front desk in cash or credit. If you would like to honor specific teammembers, you may single them out to the manager at that time, otherwise gratuities are split evenly to all staffmembers.   Common gratuity amount is 5% of the entire booking value.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that during the off-season (between October 15th and April 15th),  due to low outside ambient temperatures and potentially strong winds, the outdoor pools and hot tubs may not reach desired temperatures.   Between April 15 and October 15th Pool temperatures are set to 27 Celsius and Hot Tubs are set to 37 Celsius.   Weather anomalies in the summer period may also negatively affect these set temperatures.
